As far as the ride goes, the ACS are by far the best on the 550i. The H&Rs are the worst. The car rides very smooth, a lot lower with very little body roll in corners. My goal was to get the ride and height the same as my '08 550i M-Sport, but I only got the ride. It sits lower than my '08. As far as the alignment, I had mine checked, and it was within specs. I've had lowering springs on the car for 20K miles with no irregular wear.
