Don't you get free BMW Mobile Service over there on dee island? ;-) They do tire repair/replacement on the spot if possible (tire costs are not covered themselves) You get replacement car, hotel accommodation etc if they can't fix the problem on the spot? I've never tried them, but I have a friend who was stuck at 2 am somewhere in Greece I believe and was really happy with the assistance provided.
