Hi, another one here suffering the same fate!! Only had car 11 months, got her at 5 year old with under 11000 miles on her and she came with a new set of boots!!! Now in for a service and mot and failed on two "to the cords on the inner shoulder" tyres at the rear. and guess what theyre goodyear excellence on 20" rims. I have asked for Pirellis fitting but have already logged my dismay at both BMW and Goodyear. Has anyone had any success in getting back their money from goodyear? clearly these tyres are not fit for purpose!!! Has anyone tried trading standards?
