Yours 373M F 8,5x20 ET 33 R 9x20 ET 44 are the stock wheels for the F12:

The 351M F 8,5x19 ET 33 R 9x19 ET 44 are the stock wheels for the F10, see catalogue for both '12 550ix and '13 535i:

You see 373 and 351 have same specs except diameter 19" to 20" but this is not important for offset. So we can consider the 373 and 351 equal in terms of spacers for the F10.

I would say, you will have the same look with 15mm rears, though consider 20mm are better, as we discussed. You'll have R 9x20 ET 24. It would be equivalent to a 36 offset with 10 inch wide wheels. I am running R 10x20 ET28 and believe that offset is perfect. Here are my pics:
