After I saw this post here I contacted the main distributor in Turkey for this upgrade for my F10 520d Auto. The contact person was not even aware of "M Performance Parts"
He said he would contact Germany and inform me about whether they can order the kit from Germany and install it here. I am waiting for him to get back to me. In the meantime, I would love to hear Touring's own experience so far.
