Sorry for resurrecting this thread as probably this has been beaten to death.
I'm still confused which value in DRL_MODUS changes the the drl from halogen drl to the rings? Are the tail lights off?
If I understand correctly you changed the brightness in HELLIGKEIT_DRL from default 54% probably to 100%?
