OP: I'd definitely service your transmission per ZF procedure (dump & fill along with their topping off @ temperature method). LifeGuard fluid too. You'll only get about 1/2 to 2/3 the fluid changed out but that is better than keeping the existing. Don't do any forced flush methods.
"Lifetime Fluid" is such a ridiculous term.
