That's a strange setup. Your rears are much smaller than your fronts unless it was a typo.

245/35/20 + 285/30/20 seems like the closest to OE overall diameter (26.7").
Maybe it's because the OP's car is a xi or maybe it's his location but here in SoCal, wheel swap/TPMS swap runs around $100. Spring install range from $250 to $350. Coil overs will add an extra $50-$100. Alignment is $100-$120. I'd recommend just picking up another set of TPMS for your aftermarket wheels so you don't have to pay again for the swap years down the road.
