Thanks a ton man! I'll definitely find that sheet and use it as some leverage. The shop in question is actually pretty solid for most things and has done all the other work on my car. But they did mention mine is the first F10 they've worked on. So you're probably right, they're just trying to cover their ass in case it takes them forever. But then even if it doesnt I'd probably never know!
