I do not like "secretive" pricing methods. It is like they try to get you to pay as much as they can get out of you. So if you do not care to much about money, they'll get you. I you whine and negotiate they will do it for less. - I HATE THAT!
Give some basic pricing, but do try to rip people off.
For that, I would not do business with the "chemical guys".
