Your logic sounds perfect ... however, do you know how these boxes (Spider Box and Chip Express in the UK) also claim to improve the fuel efficiency? If it is a simple case of supplying more fuel, then why do they make claims on their web sites (which include cited references) that fuel efficiency will also increase. The logic of "providing more fuel" seems juxtaposed to that of "improved efficiency".

If anyone has the technical input on this topic, I'd be keen to hear it. Thanks.
