Retrofit heated steering wheel

I have a base model sedan that has the power adjust for the steering wheel, but no heating function. I was looking to upgrade/rewrap the generally thin, crappy steering wheel, and ended up buying a used steering wheel with heat here in the for sale section. I was also able to track down the switch for the side of the steering column that has both power adjust and heat. But the switch itself sits in there pretty flush and tight. Anyone have any ideas as to how to pop that switch out without damaging it so I can swap the switch and see if a heated steering wheel will work? I haven't been able to track anything down in the DIY section or on YouTube. I am afraid to go exploring, and don't really have the free time to try to figure it out through trial and error.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
