ipod/iphone compatability
Well I picked up the new motor this weekend. Pre-registered October 2010 530d SE. Dealer updated sw from 40.0.0.3 to 40.1.0.1 and loaded 2011 road maps. Week 21 production so no Com Box. My iphone 3gs and nano both work via bmw Y connector but not via Apple usb lead. However my old ipod colour works just fine via the Apple usb lead! I don't get album artwork so assume this is only available on vehicles with the Com Box from 09/2010? Just waiting for BMW assist to be activated, what connected-drive BMW Assist features do others get in the UK?
