Sorry to hear that. and you are right most of the dealers are not helpful and that is the reason we are here in these forums.
BTW, the bluetooth audio is not that useful either.
1- It sucks the iPhone's battery.
2- It is not flexible in selecting songs and playlists at all and you have to change those things from the phone itself.
So no worries if you don't have it.
