I ordered a 14 535ix last month and it should be here in 2 weeks. I have not finalized (signed for) the deal yet but put 2k down to hold the order (its a lease in which we have worked the numbers). The Finance manager spoke to me briefly and offered me BMW Tire and Rim insurance for the term of my lease (36 months) at $2100. I think this is a rip off and wondering if anyone else has negotiated their price down. I'm in NYC and definitely want the insurance. the car has 19" Rims so its worth its weight in gold. Any help appreciated on whats a fair price to pay.
