I have done this. You need to go to the coding forums and follow all all of the tutorials to get e-sys and the psdzdata files if you want to do it yourself. Otherwise just take your car to the dealer and they can perform this for you as part of a TSB for this.
I only did it because I was already coding, I don't mind saving gas at stop lights.
