There seems to be a few different reps sold - some with or without additional pre drilled mounting holes for self tapping screws. The one I got does have these holes for the very front edge of the lip but since I don't want self tapped holes in my bumper (for when I decide to change lips) I currently use double sided tape. So with the 3M tape, you were able to address the gap issue without using screws and it's holding up pretty well? Thanks for sharing. Good to know.
