The easiest is to have the BMW dealer pull up your VIN and they should be able to tell you what options your car has. If not you can take a peak under the rear of the car. Going to have to get dirty but you should be able to see the rear sway bar. The ARS bar has a canister looking thing right in the middle with two oil lines going into it.
