If I had to guess, and I wouldn't make purchase based on that!, I'd say that BMW probably uses the same threads for the towing hook adapter, so yes, it would work. If you know someone with an F10, see if your tow hook adapter will screw into their vehicle...don't force things, but if it screws in cleanly, it should work. You could probably make a visual check with yours next to theirs. Or check online on one of the BMW parts databases to see if they may even be the same part.
