After swapping my battery, my sunroof was not working properly. The shade and the glass would only slide when you were holding the button forward or aft. The glass roof would not pop up into the vent position. In my case, with the car running, I held the button as directed by the video, and after about 10-15sec it went into the second part of the vid. It went straight to the full function check, then worked fine thereafter.
