I don't understand why they have the Mercedes SLS under both categories.

They list the Mercedes SLS under World Car of the Year. And the the Mercedes SLS AMG under World Performance Car of the Year.

But there's only one Mercedes SLS. And that's the Mercedes SLS AMG.
