Anybody who bought this having trouble with fitment? I had to put my car back to stock to take it in for service. The diameter of the portion that connects to the upper duct (where the MAF is) is significantly smaller than stock so when I had it in for a good while the upper duct diameter got smaller due to the heat and amount I had to tighten it for it to stay in place (it would just keep popping out every once in a while). So once I took everything off I couldn't even fit my OEM intake in. I literally had to take a lighter to the upper duct to loosen up the plastic so I could stretch it out. Eventually the OEM intake fit but now I don't want to put the AFE one back in. I called AFE up and their tech said they'll give me a call back. Anyone else have this issue? This intake isn't so popular, only reason keeping me from switching over to the BMS is because that's an open intake and it gets HOT summer time around here.
