If you look at the dyno graphs there isn't an increase in peak power at all.

Stock N55 is 306 bhp, there stock dyno runs don't show that, and the peak power even with the afe intake don't get to 306 bhp.

They are only quoting an increase in bhp between stock and mod at the 2-4k rpm range.

Which is correct, but not correct in saying the intake will increase power by 32 bhp to 328 bhp.

You need to interpreted the graphs correctly.
