I just wanted to confirm that the clips for the “seat back cover” are different on my LCI F10 (2014 535i x-drive m-sport without multi contour seats). In my case you have to remove the bottom two plastic fasteners (the ones with an exterior fasterner with an interior sliding shaft). Once you remove them you can remove pull out the bottom portion that has two downward facing clips behind the bottom portion of the back storage pocket. The the whole panel slides down and comes off.
