I'm pretty sure BMW Assist can remotely unlock your car for you if you somehow locked the keys in the car or trunk. I doubt they can start the car. You have to hold the truck button when your on the phone with them and the door SHOULD unlock in 15 minutes. I had this feature on my E90 ///M. But it never worked
