Attention: CPO Warranty not transferable anymore!
Just found out from BMW they recently changed their CPO guidelines to be more "competitive" in the market place with CarMax, etc.
If anyone, other than BMW dealer, is selling a CPO car, the CPO warranty is void.
Also, the Maintenance Plan does not transfer over if the car was purchased after a certain date.
Please verify this before you purchase!
This sucks for BMW owners who want to sell their CPO car on their own for many various reasons.
