This is a variation of gatoman's idea of a flush plate without drilling. I also used the double sided 3M tape to attach it. The screw buttons are over flat plastic rivets that you can get at your local hardware store . The plastic cover is sold at Kragen to be used with a metal/plastic frame but I did not use a frame and just painted the edge the same glossy black as the grill. It protects the plate and it weighs nothing so the 3M tape holds it really well - no screws, no drilling
