Original BMW warranty = 4yrs/50K miles (includes free regularly scheduled maintenance program)
BMW Certified Pre-Owned warranty = adds 2yrs/50K to original warranty once it has elapsed (so technically the total comes to 6yrs./100K miles, but this will NOT include free regular maintenance)
Wasn't aware you could
extend the maintenance program beyond the 4yr/50K, but I suppose anything is possible if you pay the premium. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I've owned several BMWs (mostly M-cars) and they've all been out of warranty by the time I took ownership and man have I paid for it over the years...
