Don't think that has any repair. Are you running run flats?...I hope, if not I'm not sure how you made it home. Also, some local BMW dealers offer rim/tire insurance. If you did not purchase any such insurance, you will simply have to purchase a new tire and absorb the cost as I don't think it make sense (i.e., from a deductible perspective) to file an insurance claim with your auto insurance.
