I'd be careful using this as a solution, unless you want to redo the waxing you've done. IPA wipe down will strip any wax on the paint. Yes, it will remove the residue, but it can remove all the wax you put on as well.

I'd try quick detailer with a microfiber before trying to spot correct with IPA, unless you want to do an IPA wipe down on the entire car and reapply an entire coat of wax.
