YOu need to search and do research, its not exactly rocket science.
You prob need a compound and then a plish. I like Menzerna.
If you accept a certain level of swirl, then Menzerna Powerfinish won't eliminate swirls, but gives the clear coat some shine.
Remember compounding always strips away from the clear coat, thats how you remove swirls...you "sand" them away. With a random orbital buffer though you should be fine.
I'd just do it yourself...will take you a day.
