Dont be immature about it. If you fuck her over or tell her youre going to waste the 25k on chicks and shit she will just see you as immature and wont feel anything. It may even make her hate you more. If you just decline and say you dont feel so great going or be truthful she may be disappointed and mad at you but in the long run she will realize you moved on and have more respect for you who is someone that can control their emotions. Women cant control their emotions and when they see a man that can they go crazy.
Update, I told me ex to find a new apt and I am going to terminate the lease. In a way I told her in a nice way to GTFO.
