Yes the Ali express one is the camera to ecu cable, goes directly between the two.
If you want OEM, you can look up all the wires/harness that saw they are for cars with dynamic light spot

If you car currently does NOT have NIVI then they will need to build the harness which is the only custom wiring work that they will need to do since your current main harness wont have the relevant connectors/splices.
