I had some problems with this also, that turned out to be "me". It will only show if there is a real risk of hitting them. So it is speed dependent, and it doesnt show if you already started to break ++. It rearly works if I try to test it, but it works when it is useful. Except in sharp turns and one some roads when it gives a false alarm.
