Can you ask your father if this software update has now introduced the Bluetooth call answering bug that other are talking about in one of the other recent posts on here. Essentially saying with latest software when first call comes in the steering wheel phone button cannot be used to accept the call you have to use idrive. Apparently after that subsequent calls can be accepted using button for rest of that journey.
