I finally took my car to the dealer and had them update the software for the ASS to last user mode. I got to tell you, I love it. It was so annoying having the car shut off every time I'm about to make a turn and the car comes to a stop for about a second or two. For some reason, the BMW deal here in the East Bay took forever to get the software uploaded, they ended up keeping the car for a full day.
