Don't bother with the MAF sensor yet. Get your cars code read properly and find out what code it's throwing. I'm guessing it's a misfire and due to one of your ignition coils. Especially since they were only changed under CCP if they were found to be faulty.
If you have BMS Stage 2 it's highly recommended to have a BT cable as well. You're going to throw drivetrain malfunctions from time to time, I've been running it for 30k miles and throw random CEL's at random times
