No, 6WA is not the new MFID. MFID is 6WB. 100% sure.
Initially at launch, the F10 has only 1 type of instrument cluster, that is the standard one u're seing now (i.e. no display under speedo). I think from 03/11 production onwards 6WA became available & it comes free with HUD or nav (also available as standalone option in some markets). 6WA is essentially the same cluster u're seeing in the F01/02, with an additional display under the speedo. 6WA is also called "full black panel" in some markets.
For MY2013 comes 6WB, which is the new MFID. Notice it has never been called "full black panel" by anyone.
So, 3 types of cluster for MY2013: standard, 6WA & 6WB.
