the exodus has started...it sounds like many with manuals are also switching to f10 with 8sp sport. BMW plan to entice people with 2 different 8sp auto boxes seem to be working on moving more people to auto.
i suspect this is the last 5 series and hence the last of its class to even offer a manual. the next 3/F30 will certainly offer manual but will probably similarly have the 8sp sport as well as an option to entice drivers away from manual. and the f30 will probably be the last 3 to offer manual as well :O
