My own wash method is:
1. Rinse with pressure washer
2. Presoak with foam lance
3. Rinse
4. Wash with grout sponge. I like meguiar's gold class or chemical guys wash and clear for soap. Wash then rinse in sections (half roof, trunk, hood, doors, etc)
5. Rinse with pressure washer hooked up to cr spotless deionized water filter
6. Blow dry with leaf blower.
The blow drying will work substantially better if you have a sealant on the car. Make sure not to hit the paint with the tip of the leaf blower.
