Guys! To clarify, my issues were with the wheels manufacturer Morr, not with Wheelsaddicts. Jorge from wheelsaddicts has been going out of his way, and then some to help me get the situation resolved, and has always tried to be helpful and courteous.
My experience is that the are somethings that are the manufacturer's issues and the dealers are basically held hostage as well as the customers. Worse yet, because the dealer sits in the middle, they get flaked from both ends.
In short, will I do business via Jorge again? Hell yeah!
Morr? well, let's see how they fix things first. As of this day, wheels are still at Morr. They were supposed to give me updates last week but no words yet.
