I had not realised it was included in some markets. If it had not cost me anything, I would not complain - I'd still be unimpressed. I am sure you can see if you paid $3000 you might be a little peeved.
Which may be where I want BMW to go with this - give me a refund on the price and I'll live with it (I'll even pay for the voice control that comes with it as that is OK, not brilliant, but way safer than dialling the phone). I've already bought a new TomTom since getting the car just to keep in the glove box for when I really need to get somewhere new - they owe me something.
