Great job! Was wondering if you had experience buffing out Jet Black to a mirror finish? In particular, Jet Black on the F10. I can't for the life of me get rid of micro marring in my paint. I've tried everything in my arsenal including the rotary, #80, #83, Klasse AIO, and Einzsett polishes. FYI, I used to detail cars professionally in another life. But, it's been a long time since I've detailed. I'm using Meguiars M205 + a finishing pad and the PC 7424XP. I feel like the DA is causing the micro-marring as the defects are very consistent and curvy. This micro-marring is unlike rotary buffer swirls or cob-webbing. I wish I could capture the defect on my camera. Any thoughts? TIA!
Could be several things: technique, dirt somewhere in the process, or product's used. If you'd like you can show me in person how you're doing it and I can advise you on what needs to be fixed.
