HUD are awesome, but I don't have it and still very happy with my F10 535i. One option I would get, is definitely the M Sport Package. I didn't get this option, and boy am I envious of those who did.
If you don't care to track your car, the 535i has more than enough power for everyday use and very conservative on fuel (I'm getting 27.2mpg avg, 70% highway driving).
