Pop the hood, open the 2 covers, one above each headlamp. The cornering lamps are accessible from the top of the headlamps, just twist open the cap/seal. Each side takes one H7 bulb. That should be it.

Thanks man. Yeah, I think it's an H7 (strangely ISTA and some other sites say it's an H3 halogen?). I'll get 2x Osrams and will replace both. You're right it should be rather simple - I was afraid I'd have to remove the Xenon ballast and the whole assembly, but it looks like the cornering lights are easier (at least in theory let's see in practice).
