Haven't driven my rwd f10 in the snow yet, but my rwd lowered e90 was fine.
But then again I live on the westcoast of Norway, with not that much snow.
So if you gets lots of snow and are used to quattro, then you might be better of with an xdrive.
The m-sport only sits 1cm lower than the standard suspension, so it's not that low.
