I would not refuse delivery. They will replace w a brand new wheel (and tire) if needed. If you feel that the car needs an alignment after you've driven some miles I'm sure the dealer will do that. (Get them to agree to that before delivery)
As someone said above...sounds like a free snap in adapter or credit for a free complete detail would ease the pain.
