They have outlawed single-use plastic bags here in The People's Republik so I just load all my groceries back into the cart and put them in the collapsible "boxes" I have in the trunk. Seems I'm not the only one either as I've seen many people leaving the grocery store with their arms full of groceries. Funny thing is those plastic fruit/vegetable bags are OK. Maybe I'll just use those next time...
