Not sure. I've seen non Xi members post they have the noise as well as 550 owners.
Could be the way our springs were installed or could be different manufacturing tolerances between spring to spring. Or it could be some of us are more sensitive to noise than others. My buddy couldn't hear it in my car but I could.
I wouldn't worry about it if your isn't making any noise.
