thats right. springs cost 2+K after 20% discount (you will need to check with bmw if the discount is still available) and labour another 2+K.

i feel the ride is a bit stiffer which i believe explains for the better handling, but certainly well within what i deem comfortable (and this is with my 20" rims). i prefer this to the more flexible stock spring which gives you a bigger "wave" effect (i hope you understand) when you go through bumps.

another point i found out for those considering changing both the shocks and springs altogether. the service advisor told me that if i were to change the shocks as well, it will need to be inspected and approved by the road and transport authority before you can drive on the road again. if you dont get it inspected, it is deemed an illegal modification.

however, if its for springs only, no need for inspection.
